Here’s the scoop on why I’m giving them five stars. I’ve never assembled or owned parts for a keg before. Everything they provided was super straightforward and designed with the customer in mind. Their YouTube tutorials are spot on and really useful if you need a visual guide. I managed to get my keg running, but it wasn’t quite perfect. Their support team is amazing, and I’ll definitely keep returning to these folks for any supplies and tips. It’s a one-stop shop!

On my first go with this after it sat around for a bit, the tank's relief valve failed. I attempted to use the regulator to get some CO2 out, but it was jammed. Had to take it apart to get it to budge (it was pressed in tight) and managed to get it turning, but by then the valve had already emptied the bottle.

Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, so I ended up purchasing a different one from The Kegman. Fingers crossed it works better since this tank is now a paperweight. Time to switch to another brand.

I reached out to Cary, and they assured me they’d help fix the issue. I’ll update this review based on how that goes. Initially, I gave it 1 star, but I’m bumping it to 3 stars for their communication and effort.

Now I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars. I had to send the device back (at no cost to me), and they refunded everything. Stuff happens, folks, and good customer service shows in how you handle it afterward. These folks stepped up and made things right. I’ll definitely shop with them again. Thanks a bunch!

I made an order on 02/11/20 for a cold brew kegerator that came with 4 kegs of 2.5 gallons each, 3 nitro tanks, and some other items. The total came to $1,720. When it showed up, one of the kegs was missing. I realized the keg was gone but confirmed the rest of the order was all there, so I reached out to Keg Outlet. All I got was a recorded message telling me to leave a voicemail and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I tried again the next day, left another message, and still, no callback. It’s been over a month now, and I’m still waiting. Two weeks after my first call, I got an email from Brandon saying his records show all 4 kegs were sent. I told him that even if his records say that, I only got 3. We’ve exchanged a few emails, but there’s been no fix and no sign of that missing keg. Sure, the keg is just $120, but it’s the principle of the matter—I should’ve gotten what I paid for. This is my second kegerator from Keg Outlet, and the first time I had an issue too. It’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority for them. They don’t seem to care about responding to messages either. I still need either the keg I’m owed or a refund. This experience has shown me that Keg Outlet isn’t a trustworthy company and doesn’t value its customers.

I placed an order for a keg and it showed up a whopping 20 days late. There were no decent freight companies, and your team seemed pretty annoyed whenever I asked about my order's status. I even offered to rent a U-Haul and pick it up myself from the warehouse. When the keg finally got here, it had these factory pegs blocking the spots where the wheels should go. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they told me it was defective, plus I’d need to hire someone to grind those pegs off. This whole situation is just unreal; it’s pushed back my store's opening by 12 days and cost me a ton of money, not to mention a few staff members who quit because they couldn’t just sit around waiting for you all to sort things out. I can never get anyone on the line, so I really hope this message reaches your owners and they do something about it. If I get a call to fix this, I’ll gladly take this post down.
